GEARING UP FOR SUMMER FASHION

Today was one of the hottest days of the year, so what better day to catch some hot deals at the local Value Village?! 

I purchased all these items for 23 dollars (I saved 18.18 thanks to tag reductions of 75%, 50%, & 25%)

I was in need of a majestic horse shirt.

I'm gonna head off and wash these garments and post high quality photos after I compose some outfits! 

Senior Skip Day

Today I helped Natalie dye her hair blue-black. We then proceeded to take advantage of the nice weather and did a short photo shoot to capture her new hair and always-sassy attitude. She is a fucking punk princess and goddamn beautiful. This was a semi-bargain outfit.

Betwixt (a dumb piece of writing from a dumb time in my life)

A forest, so full of life, yet so empty of movement. In the underbrush lies a young girl. Naked and vulnerable she grasps the vines, pulls up the roots, searches.

For answers.

For questions.

For reasons.

For life.

She is not sure how she met the ground- dirt in her hair, face to the hidden sun. Her eyes have been closed for some time now, the sky obscured by her translucent lids.

“Do the answers live in the sky? The stars? The universe?

Or are they in this forest as I am?”

The forest holds corners where thorny bushes grow thick and vines cover paths. Shadows consume the greenery and the vegetations shatters.

The girl wishes to stand, but something pulls her further into the ground. Roots wrap around her and shadows move closer. She is in the dark, wanting to scream. What will await her in these unknown nightmares? Will the shadows uncover? Will the forest thrive come it’s season? Is this winter? The time of sleep?

It's strange to visit this place and watch my mind's demise.
